September 14, 2026: Kevin Moriarty, Executive Director/CEO - Dallas Theater Center
"Kevin Moriarty is the Executive Director of Dallas Theater Center. From 2007-2022 he served as DTC’s Enloe/Rose Artistic Director, during which time DTC opened the Dee & Charles Wyly Theatre at the AT&T Performing Arts Center and won the Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theater. Before joining DTC, Kevin served as artistic director of Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY; head of the MFA directing program at Brown University; and an associate artist at Trinity Rep Company. Kevin has directed plays, musicals and operas nation-wide. He has served as Chair of the Dallas Arts District; President of Theatre Communications Group; Vice-President of National Alliance for Musical Theatre. Kevin was a recipient of a Drama League directing fellowship and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin." - Business Council For The Arts
September 21, 2026: Yvonne Falgout – Director of Parks and Recreation at the City of Richardson.
Yvonne has lived in the DFW Metroplex since early childhood. She recently moved to Richardson with her husband, she loves the short commute and sense of belonging Richardson provides.
Yvonne has worked for the City of Richardson for 9 years. She has 30 years’ experience in the Parks and Recreation field, previously working for the City of Arlington and Bedford. In her role, she is able to serve the citizens of Richardson, numerous nonprofit organizations and feels she and her department are able to make an impact on the quality of lives for those in Richardson.
Outside of work, she has two sons and a stepdaughter as well as a beautiful granddaughter and of course we can not forget the two fur babies! She enjoys spending her time with family, working out, exploring with the pups and relaxing when able!
September 28, 2026: District Governor Visit - Mike Callahan
Mike Callahan is a dedicated small business owner of Farmers Insurance, running the Callahan Agency in Garland, TX. Mike and his wife Jill have been residents of Collin County for over forty-five years, where they raised their three children Tara, Shae, and Matthew in Allen.
In addition to running his own business, Mike has been an active member of the East Dallas Rotary Club and currently serves at the Prestonwood Rotary Club. He has devoted over 37 years to Rotary service, currently as the District Governor. He spent six years as Assistant Governor and has served as the AG Coordinator for Rotary’s District 5810. He was also his club’s RYLA chair for more than twenty-five years.
Mike's engagement extends to the North Texas soccer community, where he held the position of President of Texas Spurs Football Club for many years. He is an alumnus of East Texas A&M University and serves as Director Emeritus on the board of directors of their Alumni Association. His commitment also includes involvement with the Knights of Columbus and the Welcome Ministry at St Jude Catholic Church in Allen.

Sign up year-round. Subscriptions continue for a full calendar year and flags will be placed on each of the next five deployments. No matter when you sign up, you will receive five flag deployments. All for $50/year!
The Club operates its Flag Program with the support of local Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Jr. ROTC detachment members who share in the revenue. Net proceeds benefit Richardson Rotary Foundation’s college scholarships (over $500,000 committed to 93 recipients since 1983), plus various club-supported programs and charities.
